Smaller agencies care more about their clients because they have to. It’s true. Our clients have always praised us for our client service and our “make it happen” attitude.

They say they feel like they are only client.

We get challenged all the time to create a miracle in a short timeframe. In our experiential marketing world, there’s always something happening, and you need a cohesive team approach to address that. Surmounting challenges is easier when you have everyone working together to make it happen.

From my experience at a larger agency, it’s difficult and time consuming to pull together a team to meet the needs of a client or a prospect. Big agencies are more concerned with billable hours, creative time and working to help someone not on your account team rarely happens.
