Steve Randazzo, President

What do you do at PMI and how long have you been there?: PMI was born on July 27, 1995. In the beginning I focused on developing our culture, our staff and relationships with clients - come to think of it, that's where I spend most of my time today too!
What is your experience prior to joining PMI?: I have over 20 years of marketing experience including brand marketing, event marketing, sports marketing, and sales promotion. Prior to founding Pro Motion, I've held various positions at McCann-Erickson Event Marketing, Ralston Purina Company, Vess Beverages, Inc., and the Kansas City Royals.
What is your favorite PMI Core Value?: It's a five-way tie. I think the reason these core values work is they support each other and guide us in decision making. Not one of them is more important to the success of the organization. Together, they are the foundation of our organization and we really do live by them everyday.
So, do you have a life outside of PMI?: I have been married to my lovely wife, Patti since 1990 and we have 2 kids - Paige and Stephen and we have a dog - Harley. In my spare time I spend a lot of time at baseball, softball, volleyball, and soccer practices and games and when I have 4 hours of free time I love to chase around the little white ball.

What are you most proud of professionally?: The talented professionals we continue to attract to PMI. I am fortunate to have so many dedicated people who have a lot of passion for their work and making clients lives easier and more successful.
What are you most proud of personally?: Raising two great kids with Patti.
