To ensure Brand Ambassadors are the right fit for each Brand, we begin by conducting interviews (strangely enough, this is a rarity in our industry) to evaluate a candidate’s interaction skills first hand.
We then execute an extensive background check that includes verifying work history, references, criminal record, driving record and drug-testing.
