Summer Sampling Program Reaching 100,000 Consumers in San Antonio and Austin
ST. LOUIS (July 12, 2010)— Austin-based Genesis Today scored a major retailing coup two years ago when they began selling their products in Wal-Mart and Sam’s Club stores. To further their reach in the Texas market, as well as introduce HEB grocery store shoppers to the brand, Genesis Today recently partnered with Pro Motion Inc.,to launch a massive summer sampling program featuring its superfruit juices.
Pro Motion street teams are activating buy one get one events at HEB locations in San Antonio and Austin and are giving product samples to area health clubs and salons to supplement the Genesis Today marketing team efforts. Additionally, Pro Motion is conducting guerrilla sampling at fairs, festivals and parks in San Antonio and Austin throughout the summer and have already distributed more than 50,000 samples, most to the target demographic of women ages 25-54. In San Antonio, street teams have handed out samples at locations including the Riverwalk, Ingram Park Mall and Market Square, while Austin street teams have appeared at Bat Fest, ROT Biker Rally and Keep Austin Weird Festival, among many others.

Genesis Today features four kinds of superfruit juices: Acai Berry, Goji Berry, Resveratrol and Veggie Blast. Superfruits like acai berries, goji berries, resveratrol (a grape and Japanese knotweed extract), cacao and kiwi are full of nutrients, including vitamins, minerals, essential fats and antioxidants. They are considered among the Earth’s healthiest foods and help improve everything from cardiovascular health to mood and memory.
