Pro Motion Inc began fifteen years ago as one of the first event management companies or field marketing agencies. We specialize in event management services.
Our founder, Steve Randazzo, has over 25 years of marketing experience including brand marketing, event marketing, sports marketing, and sales promotion. Prior to founding Pro Motion, he successfully led teams with McCann-Erickson Event Marketing, Ralston Purina Company, Vess Beverages, Inc., and the Kansas City Royals.
Steve believes that as an experiential marketing agency, it’s more important to be the best in class, not necessarily the biggest.

Pro Motion is founded on a creative culture and a philosophy that starts with having enthusiastic account people and passionate brand ambassadors.
In addition to Steve, the management team includes Tom Metsa, whose experience of over ten years in the trade show and experiential marketing industry compliments the field marketing agency’s expertise. Tom specializes in experiential marketing events and guerilla marketing strategies.
Rounding out the leadership team is Cathi Kennedy. Cathi is the glue that holds things together with determination and dedication. As a senior account manager, she is involved in most of the projects, overseeing the details and assuring quality control.
