- Bribe Julie Doherty. In addition to that, you would need to exemplify you're hard working, high energy, outgoing, strong worth ethic, problem solving abilities, and fun personality - be someone that leaves a great impression with every person you meet! - Do you have any in-office positions in St. Louis?
- Once you are here, you never want to leave, so we usually only hire because of company growth; however there are a few ways to break into the office when there is a position open. The first is to go out on the road and be a fabulous Field Ambassador. We like to hire great FAs to come work in the office - just ask Bethany, Larry, and Mike who all started as FAs. Another way to get hired in the office is to show us who you are, what you've done, why you want to work for us, and what makes you stand out above the rest. Then cross your fingers!
- What does 100% travel mean?
- It means you will be traveling 100% of the time. It means for the entire length of your tour you are on the road, away from home, 7 days a week (unless there's an event in your home town which in that case you might want to say hello to the family and possible get a home cooked meal before leaving again).
- What's the typical length of a tour?
- There isn't a typical length of a tour - it varies program to program. You could be out for 3 months, 6 months, 11 months - and anywhere in between.
- What happens when my tour is over?
- You look at your bank statement with excitement about all the money you saved while on tour and contemplate your next move. You should: A.) go out on another tour to save up for a house in that city you fell in love with while doing an event there; B.) get hired by our client because you were fabulous and are forever indebted to PMI; C.) use your great experience with PMI to update your resume and land your next dream job; D.) use your completion bonus to pay off your college loans; or E.) use all travel rewards points you racked up on tour to go to Disneyland or anywhere else you choose - all expenses paid!
- Should I wear a suit to my interviews?
- Sure, but only if you plan on attending a wedding before or after our interview. You will see jeans, pants, slacks, skirts, Capri's, shorts, flip-flops, tennis shoes, high heals, crocs, etc. in the office. It depends on the day and if it was a rough weekend or not. Typical dress for an interview - let's go with business casual. Once hired - whatever your mood is and what is clean.
