Programs: Brand Ambassador, New York Lottery Holiday Promotions
If I was President for a day, I would… Meet Oprah, Bill Cosby, Nelson Mandela, Sidney Portier, Michael Jordan, Denzel Washington Barack Obama and all the people I look up to in a big meet and greet.
What is your favorite movie? Glen Garry Glen Ross
If you could only eat one thing for the rest of your life what would it be? This Jamaican dumpling called a Festival
If you could have any super power for a day what would it be and what would you do with it? The ability to fly...I would travel the world for free.
The one talent I wish I had but can’t seem to attain is... A great singing voice
TThe perfect pair: Peanut butter and Jelly or Pizza and Beer? Peanut butter and jelly hands down...wink :)
When people dress up their dogs... they have nothing better to do with their time.
If I had a snow day tomorrow I would… stay inside, cuddle and drink eggnog.
My favorite street team memory is… the first saturday of the promotion when it was so cold outside and I couldn't feel my hands.
The most important thing I’ve learned about experiential marketing (besides that it rules) is… teamwork
I had an awkward moment at a face-to-face marketing event when… this guy was trying to steal the Mets windshirts...he was talking in Cantonese and he thought I couldn't understand him.
Programs: Brand Ambassador, XFINITY High School Sports
If I could eat only one thing for the rest of my life, it would be… Rocky Road Ice Cream
If I was President for a day, I would… End all three wars
The song I always sing along to and dance to even when I’m in the car is… Hey Mickey, by Toni Basil
My best friend will tell you that I’m… AWESOME!!
The one talent I wish I had but can’t seem to attain is… Musical talent
My favorite holiday is… Christmas because… of the cold weather and spreading of joy..
The best part of being a Brand Ambassador is… Being able to interact with so many different types of people and getting to experience different things constantly.
My favorite XFINITY HSS moment has been…
I don’t know if I can pin point one particular moment that stands above the rest. I have had so much fun working with XFINITY HSS! We get so much energy from the amazing fans. I have had a blast being able to throw the football around or climb sand piles with the kids, gossiping with the “soccer” moms, talking football with the coaches, and taking fun, goofy photos with the students. We were even taken on a tour inside the football player’s locker room once. That was a fun, different experience, though the smell will haunt my memory for years to come.
The most important thing I’ve learned about experiential marketing is… Something I have always known, but it is proven over and over again is that a smile is contagious. Working in the marketing field you deal with all sorts of people. Some people are friendly and outgoing, but not everyone is. I feel that smiling at someone not only makes their day brighter (even if it’s just by a little bit), but also helps them smile back at the world and spread cheer. One must always be polite, respectful, outgoing, and professional, but the most important thing to me is to never stop smiling. =)
Programs: Brand Ambassador, Dr Pepper Snapple Group Sampling Program
What’s your favorite season and why? Fall – I love the fresh, crisp air and all the fall festivals. I also love hearing the crunch of leaves!
What would you do if you could be President for a day? Encourage everyone to donate one’s day of pay to the poor in America.
If you could only eat one thing for the rest of your life what would it be? Cookies – sadly, I can never pass up a cookie.
The song I always sing along to and dance to even when I’m in the car is… This is a tough one, I am always doing the “car dance” – just ask my Sun Drop buddies. I am a total fan of the Eighties – Anything Madonna for sure!
If you could have any super power for a day what would it be and what would you do with it? Stop Time!! There is sooo much you can do if you had all the time in the world. I would learn how to do all the things I always wanted to do like cook, dance, photography and so much more. I would have the time to read – especially all the books that I missed out on in high school by just watching the movies. Get caught up on current events, I never have the time to watch the news. Write letters to everyone that I know because everyone loves mail. Oh, most important, get some well needed rest and sleep!.
My best friend will tell you that I’m… The Energizer Bunny! I just keep going and going with all my energy.
If you could switch places with any one person for a day who would it be and why? My husband, I never know what he is thinking. He always says “nothing”, but is that really true???
The perfect pair: Peanut butter and Jelly or Pizza and Beer? Pizza and Beer.
If I had a snow day tomorrow I would… Bake, go sledding with my husband and curl up by the fire and watch a good chick flick!
The best part of working on a sampling program (besides all the free samples) is… The people watching! You see the most interesting things and meet all kinds of people. Also, my team! They are my summer family.
My favorite street team memory is… When my Sun Drop team was all in the van driving around St. Louis and delivering free soda to people. We really bonded. We would break out in song and sing at the top of our lungs. Also, we were like the Scooby Doo Mystery Van – we were just jumping out of the van and surprising people with free drinks. We were the biggest heroes and it was a great feeling!
Pro Motion kicks all other field marketing company’s butts because… THEY ROCK!! They take care of their field staff and make you feel important. Also, they always tell you thank you after every gig. I love their professionalism and it always makes me want to come back and work for them every summer!
Programs: Brand Ambassador, gmc Uplift Someone America Tour

If I could eat only one thing for the rest of my life, it would be... most definitely something from one of my four food groups: cupcakes, pepperoni, hot chocolate or bacon. Yum!!!
If I was President for a day, I would… adopt as many pets as I could comfortably fit into the White House. No one could tell me, “No, Allie! You don’t need 13 dogs (or something along those lines…)!”
The song I always sing along to and dance to even I’m in the car is… Oh, this one is easy! It would be a tie between any New Kids on the Block song or Miley Cyrus’ “Party in the U.S.A”. That song sends me through my sunroof every time!
My best friend will tell you that I’m… high-maintenance and stubborn, but also soulful, dorky and sunny. They will probably tell you that they’re my homies, not my friends, too.
The one talent I wish I had but can’t seem to attain is… to chew my gum quietly all the time. I’ve been told by others that it gets quite obnoxious when I’m really concentrating or when I’m talking to my mother on the phone. If you met my mother, you’d probably understand (love you, Mom!)…
When people dress up their dogs… I would be one of the people staring and cooing, “Awww…!” Personally, I wouldn’t dress up my cat, Happy, but I think he’d look pretty cute dressed as a sandwich or something like that.
The best part of working on a mobile tour is… the PEOPLE!!! I met so many stellar people from around the country that it was insane! Having the opportunity to reach out to the number of people I did was truly amazing.
My favorite city from the Tour is... Joplin. It was one of our lowest-key events, but inspirational beyond compare. Meeting people who had lost most of their possessions, hearing their personal stories and then listening to them talk about how appreciative and blessed they feel to be alive…man, it doesn’t get better than that! Joplin was a humbling experience and made me even more grateful for the little things in life. Life in Joplin was good.
My favorite gmc Tour moment was… by far, meeting and getting to know Glenn, our driver, stands out as my favorite Tour moment. I think my partner in crime on the Tour would agree with me, too. Glenn has the biggest heart of anyone I’ve ever known and his optimism is genuinely infectious. The gmc Tour was all about heading to different cities and performing random acts of kindness for the people in those cities - Glenn is the epitome of that. From leaving me surprise treats in the microwave of the bus to offering kind words of advice, he made such a profound impact on my life. I can’t thank him enough for it.
The most important thing I’ve learned about experiential marketing is… to be flexible and to have fun! In the world of experiential marketing, you have to roll with the punches and be ready to think on your feet. If you’re having fun while doing it, every event will be rewarding and successful!
Programs: Tour Manager, HTC Incredible S Treat Truck Mobile Tour

If you were a candy bar which would you be and why? Hershey with almonds- mostly smooth, but a little bit nuts at times.
What’s your favorite movie? Romy and Michelle's High School Reunion. It's awesome.
If you could only eat one thing for the rest of your life what would it be? Fried. That's a food, right?
The song I always sing along to and dance to even when I’m in the car is… 1999! I loved it in 1988, and I still rock out to it in 2011.
What my favorite t-shirt says about me… I bought my favorite shirt ever passing through Houston on tour. I made a trip to the NASA base, and picked up a shirt that said "It's not rocket science. Oh wait, yes it is." I think it's the sarcasm I appreciate.
If you could switch places with any one person for a day who would it be and why? I would switch places with Bear Grylls. He goes on amazing adventures all over the world, and is the master of surviving anything.
If I saw someone rollerblading down the freeway I would… try very hard not to hit them with my ice cream truck. I can't make any promises.
When people dress up their dogs… I wonder what their kids are wearing. It confuses me further when they are pushing them in a stroller.
If I had a snow day tomorrow I would… involve pajamas in all parts of my day. They would even stay on under my snow gear for a trip to gather my favorite cold weather snacks and make snowballs.
If you could invite any 3 people to dinner who would they be? Dolly Parton and a Dolly Parton impersonator. I'm not sure anyone else would feel comfortable, unless it was two Dolly Parton impersonators. Perhaps Kenny Rogers.
The best part of working on a sampling program (besides all the free samples) is… suprising people during their day. I love greeting someone who is just going about their ordinary life and giving them an awesome sample (ice cream sandwiches, I'm talking to you.)
My favorite street team memory is… a massive sampling tour set up in Times Square. I love being in the middle of all the action, and the people watching is priceless.
I had an awkward moment at a face-to-face marketing event when… there was a stripper pole set up directly across from our set-up at a parade. Which wasn't nearly as awkward as the nude clientelle who stopped for a sample and a demo.
Programs: Disney's Give a Day, Get a Disney Day; Energizer's Energi to Go Sampling; Negra Modelo and Modelo Especial Glassware Promotions; New York Lottery's Minute To Win It Challenge Tour
What is your hidden talent? I have the uncanny ability to make a mean playlist for any situation.
What is your favorite city to visit, and why? Wilmington North Carolina. A very good friend of mine lives down there and on top of that:
- The waves are perfect and water is warm into October
- All kinds of creative pursuits are going on. There's a theater that looks like it's been there since the Civil War and the people performing on it are great.
- Met the Guinness Book of World Records holder for the person who sang Karaoke songs consecutively the longest.
- People are friendly
- Cheap and real good food.
- The Satellite Bar and Lounge
What is your favorite Pro Motion memory? It had to be New Orleans and Energi To Go at Jazzfest. New York Lottery with Yolanda and Jina was definitely close but in the span of six days I:
- bummed a cigarette off of Jason Segel
- listened to B.B King and The Dead Weather and Mystical
- was fed the finest cornmeal catfish, shrimp fried rice and salad from a particularly friendly resident Tony and I know as Miss Maggie
- sang Goodnight Irene with Tim Robbins on Frenchman Street
- the typical things one does when it is their first time in New Orleans... which included eating rabbit stew
When you're not leading Pro Motion street teams or rocking mobile tours, what are you up to? Making movies! I ran into Colin Quinn some time back and asked him for some advice on what a "starving actor" should do. He said go home and make the story of your home town. So I took his advice in a way and have been making unique little movies across the northeast ever since.
(Here comes the shameless self promotion.) If you want to see the last thing I did check out 'Indemnity Campus Movie Fest' on YouTube. It isn't the happiest of movies but it won us a Best Picture Award.
To whom would you like to give a shout-out? Gretchen Dizer
Are they really opening up an Earl of Sandwich within 30 blocks of the only Chick-fil-A in the state of New York? Which one will you eat at most often? If massive billboards in Times Square are to be believed then Heck-Fire-Yes the Earl of Sandwich will be there. But I must confess, until I have the opportunity to drive around the higher ups of Earl of Sandwich while they are wearing full body Cow costumes... Chick-fil-A will always be number one.
Where have all the cowboys gone?
They're in New York, they're nude and your grandma at some point at has paid five dollars to pinch their "Tuckus".
If you could teach everyone in the world one thing what would it be? I think it would be to create and sustain a meditation practice. Taking 15 minutes a day to sit down with your thoughts, acknowledge them and clear them away has had a profound effect on my life.
Programs: New York Lottery Minute To Win It Challenge Tour, GMC's Uplift Someone Up front Tour
As President for a day I would... Grant everyone in the US one round trip to anywhere in the world. Maybe then we can broaden our minds and see others live life without all the opportunities and advantages that are available in this country.
“To travel is to experience and to experience is to live.” I want people to live.
If I could only eat one thing for the rest of my life it would be... PIZZA! I love the texture the bread forms when the tomato sauce has been absorbed by it. It also includes 3 of my other favorite foods to eat – Bread, Cheese and Tomatoes!
The song I always sing along to and dance to is... Oh Lord! There’s so many to choose from! I’ve been known to be the first one to dance to whatever song the radio or any small electronic device chooses to play – side note: if you’re a friend of mine and haven’t experienced this yet, be prepared to get embarrassed or filled with laughter. Either way, I will be the loudest laugh you hear in the room or the one having too much fun dancing to an odd beat I made in my head. If I had to choose a song, I’d have to say “Just Dance” by Lady Gaga.
The super power I want most is... To be able to eat as much as I want and still look Iike I just finished running, or lifting weights, or some other odd thing that I do at the gym. I can eat all the pizza in the world and still rock a six pack year round!
My hidden talent is... My creative mind gives me the freedom to be fearless. Having this fearless freedom opens up a plethora of hidden talents that I never thought I had. I guess to answer the question, I have many.
My favorite city in the World is... because... Out of all the places I’ve been to, I’d have to say Vegas. OK, I might get a lot of flak from all my eastcoaster’s (I made that word up in my creative mind) but hear me out.
Vegas is up and coming. Even though it has one of the highest unemployment rates in the country there’s still hope for young entrepreneurs.
Over all it’s an amazing city.
The best part of waking up is... Coffee in my cup – I love the smell of it, the sound of it brewing and the various ways people can drink it. My favorite part of coffee would be the caffeine it pumps through my veins giving me the ability to be productive.
Being a great Brand Ambassadors means... Always being aware that you're representing the brand not just yourself.
My favorite thing about mobile tours is... The people that I get to meet! My team on the Minute To Win It Tour are all my brothers now. I can only wish that every person I get to work with on future tours will be as awesome as my brothers.
Pro Motion kicks all other experiential marketing company’s butts because... Simply put….They’re Pro Motion. They’re PMI. They’re Awesome.

The best part of working on a sampling program (besides all the free samples) is... everyone wants to be your friend (until you run out of free stuff).
The first time I heard the term Guerrilla Marketing I thought... ski masks, AK-47’s, and hostages.
My favorite thing about mobile tours is... the uncertainty of what the next day will bring.
Pro Motion kicks all other experiential marketing company’s butts because of... Core Value #1: Employees first always.
Program: Genesis Today Sampling
As President for the day... I would command Hollywood to cast me in an A-List movie to catapult my entertainment career and solidify my celebrity status. Come on...if an actor can become President, why can’t a President become an actor?!
My favorite movie is... Hands down, Boondock Saints all the way!!
My favorite season is... Well, I hear there are 4 seasons in all the other states. But in Texas, we only have two seasons, summer and winter. So, I’d have to say summer because I really enjoy daiquiris by the pool.
The song I always sing and dance to is... Anything Britney. Yep, I’m that girl.
My favorite Disney princess is... She's not a princess, but I’ve got a thing for Tinker Bell. She's my muse.
Peanut butter and jelly, or pizza and beer? Neither. SUSHI and BEER any day of the week!!
When people dress up their dogs... Dogs? What’s wrong with you people? When did dogs become personal dress-up dolls?
If I could invite three people (living or deceased, famous or not famous) to dinner I would invite... I’ll tell you the three I WOULDN’T invite...Marilyn Manson, Stephen King, & Jack Nicholson. They scare the hell out of me! Literally!
If I had a snow day tomorrow from event marketing, I would... do absolutely nothing because the people around here can’t drive on a normal day, let alone when there's an inch of snow on the ground!
