Need: Manage the details of marketing a NASCAR Truck Series vehicle to display at malls statewide for the New York Lottery's "Race for Cash" sweepstakes.
Solution: Provide a turnkey program to appear in malls throughout the state. The kick-off in New York City included an appearance / autograph session with Dale Jarrett in front of the All-Star Cafe. PMI managed details with mall management teams, Lottery Specialists, and Grey Worldwide's Account Group for scheduled appearances. PMI also coordinated the appearance of the vehicle at the NASCAR race at Watkins Glen and the delivery of the F-150 truck to the sweepstakes winner.
