Program: Weebles
Need: Increase awareness and retail sales.
Solution: Weebleville was created. Weebleville was similar to a carnival setting, offering interactive play areas for children, mascots, balloon artists, photo opportunities and face painters. All materials were housed in a 24' box truck that traveled to one Wal-Mart in 6 key markets. Between the 6 Wal-Mart events in the fall of 2004, 1,335 kiddies visited Weebleville. All stores stated sales increases of the Brand, with an average of 18 Weebles units selling during each event. Additionally, all stores requested Weebleville return for future events. Weebles Wobble but they don't fall down!
