Exxon Customer Appreciation Days

Program: Customer Appreciation Days

Need: Generate incremental traffic for Exxon stations and reward existing customers for loyalty; train Exxon Dealers on the value of exceptional customer service through unique sampling programs.

Solution: A program with a twist - sampling an experience, instead of just a product. Multi-day events at over 400 participating stations were implemented. Trained Greeters warmly welcomed each customer, thanking them for their business. They handed customers a carnation and coupon booklet, and provided customers with full service at the pumps. PMI conducted Dealer training, providing turnkey execution for Exxon.
