Program: Maxim Double Exposure
Need: Create a club in a unique venue for a one night exclusive Bud Light / Maxim Magazine party. Then tear it all down and move it to another city the very next week.
Solution: Working with LaSalle Group, the promotional agency overseeing the program, PMI provides logistical expertise in the transportation, setup and strike of the event equipment. Executing 29 parties over a 30 week period is no easy task, especially when the events can be thousands of miles apart from one week to the next. A 53' tractor trailer transports the party and a PMI Tour Manager coordinates labor and every other imaginable detail to ensure these exclusive events are executed without a hitch!
