Julie ("Crazy Julie") started at Pro Motion in December of 2003. She has had multiple title changes, but her job has remained the same – find the best promotional talent to work on outstanding marketing programs. She started in 2003 recruiting for our travelling Brand Ambassadors for our experiential marketing programs and of course Pro Motion’s event management positions. She quickly discovered that she wanted the control in who we hired as promotional local talent as well. So in 2006, she stopped outsourcing to other talent agencies and started finding all the best promotional people in-house. She talks to every person that is representing our client’s brands as well as Pro Motion.
In addition to her role as Talent Acquisition Expert, she has had the pleasure to serve as a Project Manager on multiple programs. She loves to build relationships with all Brand Ambassadors and clients alike.
In her spare time, she is married to her husband of 10 years and has 3 young children (all boys) that keep her weeknights and weekends jam packed full of fun (and dirt). Julie holds a BSBA Marketing degree from University of Missouri. Check out her blogs!
